Kerala Introduces Enhanced Security Measures for Certificate Attestation

In response to a surge in fake certificate attestations, NoRKA-Roots, the field agency of the Department of Non-Resident Keralites Affairs (NoRKA), has implemented a new security feature for certificate attestation.
