The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security (TDOSHS) has unveiled new driving licence and identification cards, along with self-service kiosks.

The cards have a new design with improved security, the TDOSHS said. Over the next few months, the new credentials and kiosks will expand to all Driver Service Centers, which will help to reduce waiting times.

The cards feature a stylised version of the state capitol and state flag. The design also features fine-line printing as waves and patterns that cannot be easily scanned or reproduced.
