High Security Printing EMEA 2024 – Justifiably Over-Subscribed!

Nestling in the heart of the Balkans, Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, was the picturesque setting for the latest edition of the High Security Printing™ (HSP) conference series (4-6 March). The sell-out event, which had to close its doors to new registrations three weeks in advance, proved to be a success for participants, exhibitors, presenters, and sponsors alike!

The HSP series has justifiably established itself as a must-attend event for anyone involved in government-specified and issued documents – running parallel streams covering currency on the one hand and documents relating to identity on the other.

The conference opened with three seminars, one of which was run by identity verification solutions provider Onfido, focusing on document fraud in an online environment and the challenges organisations deal with when trying to authenticate documents remotely. The other two seminars concentrated on topical issues relating to the future of cash and the anatomy of a counterfeiter’s fall from glory.
