HSP Asia 2022 Postponed
Following consultations with various stakeholders over the past few weeks, Reconnaissance International, organiser of the High Security Printing (HSP) Asia Conference scheduled to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 5-7 December 2022 has regretfully announced its postponement to 4-6 December 2023.
‘Under what are continuing uncertain economic and political circumstances across Sri Lanka, we believe for all parties concerned that this is the best course of action to ensure that the event will be both safe and successful later in 2023’, the company said in a statement.
The good news is that the event will be held at the same venue, Shangri La Hotel, Colombo and that the format will be unchanged. All conference fees paid will be credited automatically towards the new conference date. Rooms booked with the Shangri La Hotel via the conference website will be rebooked by the hotel automatically for the new conference dates with guests receiving direct confirmation from the hotel once this has happened.
Delegates who have already made any travel arrangements with a third-party, are advised to liaise with their providers.
‘We would like to thank you for your support and understanding in this matter and we will continue to keep in touch with you to ensure a successful event next year’ said Reconnaissance.
In the meantime, planning is now underway for the next HSP EMEA (Abu Dhabi, 7-9 March 2023) and HSP Latin America (Nassau, Bahamas, 5-7 June).
